29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) United States Postal Service located at 7500 Lindbergh Boulevard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about January 7, 2025, the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were utilized while performing maintenance on the Lockheed Martin, Automated Package System. An employee performed maintenance on a conveyor without de-energizing the system, thereby exposing employee to caught-in between hazards.
