29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) New townhome construction site (Main Street Townes at Lilburn) on Lot #43 Swayne Court, Lilburn, GA 30047, Gable side of structure: On or about 01/08/2025, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of jobsites in locations were subcontractors were using equipment improperly, in that employees were using ladders that were tied together to make a longer ladder which is prohibited.
