29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location - 180 Dexter Avenue, Watertown, MA 02472. On or about January 8, 2025, an employee sustained serious injuries where hazardous energy control procedures for the removal of parts from a milling machine after the part machining was complete were not used.
