29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done: In the facility at 74 Pratts Junction Rd, Sterling, MA: On or about January 10, 2025, employees were utilizing personal protective equipment including, but not limited to hard hats, gloves and safety glasses. The employer did not have a written certification for the personal protective equipment utilized by employees to prevent exposure to eye injuries and hand injuries during tasks associated with the fabrication of residential and commercial precast concrete products.
