29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction located  at 206 Watson Circle SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, Front Roof: On or about 01/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazard while operating a pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities operating these tools at 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) New Construction located 206 Watson Cir., St., Atlanta, GA 30317, Front Roof: On or about 01/08/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 20 feet, 11 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.
