Daniel Pkwy, Augusta, GA 30909, Front side: On or about 01/08/2025, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 19-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the employee working from a JLG 400S Aerial Lift basket while engaged in framing activities.
