29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On or about October 29, 2024, Haislip Siding and Roofing did not ensure that adequate frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite by competent persons had occurred at 804 Blackberry Lane in O'Fallon, MO., thus exposing employees to the following hazards: A) Three employees were exposed to fall hazards while roofing a single-story structure without utilizing fall protection. B) One employee was exposed to an eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail gun without utilizing eye protection.
