Employees were performing roofing activities on a residential building without fall protection, exposing employees to falls of approximately 17.3 feet from ground level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at or near 2119 South Williams Circle, Chester, PA 19013 - On or about January 10, 2025, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards. Employees performing roofing activities on a residential building without being trained on fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 17.3 feet.
