The extension ladder that was used was only extended approximately 1-foot over the point of access; on or about, December 6th, 2024.

A) 343 Roberts Avenue, Yonkers - NY: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using a pneumatic nail gun and an electric saw during roofing work. The employees were not protected by eye/face protection, on or about, December 6th, 2024. Infinity Roofing & Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688280, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26th,2023, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Hartsdale Road in Elmsford, NY.
