29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: Great Lakes Assembly, LLC located at 11590 Township Road 298 in East Liberty, Ohio; On or about January 6, 2025 the employer did not ensure an evaluation of the respiratory hazards was completed to estimate employee exposures to paint vapors. Employees working with or in the vicinity of Sherwin Williams industrial enamel were exposed to hazards associated with 2-butoxyethanol, xylene, and ethylbenzene such as, but not limited to, nausea, dizziness, headaches, skin irritation, and unconsciousness.
