29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(iv): Written compliance programs for lead were not revised and updated annually to reflect the current status of the program: a) Throughout the facility : On or about January, 14 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards associated with lead in that, the employer failed to ensure their written compliance programs for lead were revised and updated annually while employees engaged in scooping brass, taking out the trash and wiping down all surfaces at the facility.
