29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): If there is a defect or evidence of damage that might expose an employee to injury, the defective or damaged item shall be removed from service, and no employee may use it until repairs and tests necessary to render the equipment safe have been made.  On or about January 22, 2025, at the facility located at 984 Winchester Road, Neenah, Wisconsin; the charging cord that was plugged into the Core Chunk Mover (Kalmar Ac, Model No: WS30, Serial No.: WS3031331001) was not removed from service due to the defect of cut insulation, exposing employees to potential electrical shock and fire hazards.
