At the worksite, located at 1715 Temple Street Tampa, FL 33619; On or about 1/14/25, the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that employees were operating a Warn PULLZALL 230v AC hoist lift with a defective safety latch on the throat opening of the tail hook while lifting bulky diesel engines and Honda EU7000iS Inverter Generator sets.

At the worksite, located at 1715 Temple Street Tampa, FL 33619; On or about 1/14/25, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the rear emergency exit in the warehouse was obstructed by gas cylinders, propane cylinders, batteries and  bins of cables and other merchandise.
