29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about January 13, 2025, at Lot # 49 Wyncoop Way, Eden Hill Development, Dover, Delaware 19901- Employees were exposed to a fall hazards by climbing over the siderail of the pumpjack system to stand on a steep pitched roof of a residential structure without fall protection. Employee was observed standing on the roof section without nay fall protection measures used at over 3 feet above the pumpjack platform that was over 15 feet above the ground. The employee then stepped back into the pumpjack and activated the system to lower the pumpjack to the ground.
