29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(i): Lifting and hauling equipment did not have the rated capacity clearly posted on the vehicle so as to be clearly visible to the operator: Site- Workers under the control of the employer were not protected from struck by and crushing hazards where the Lull Highlander 844C-42 all-terrain forklift that was operated at the site which did not have load charts or a rated capacity posted on the vehicle.
