29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: (a) Building 5440 - Fort Campbell School Bus maintenance building - female bathroom: On or about January 7, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with insufficient bathroom breaks such as kidney, bladder, and bowel issues, in that the required number of toilets for 46 female employees was not provided in accordance with Table J-1.
