(a) On January 14, 2025, in the main shop at 537 27th Avenue East in Dickinson, North Dakota, employees were exposed to entanglement hazards while operating drill presses that was missing a guard.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: (a) On January 14, 2025, in the main shop at 537 27th Avenue East in Dickinson, North Dakota, employees bending sheet metal on the Cincinnati Press Brake were exposed to the point of operation while using a foot pedal control and no guarding in place. (b) On January 14, 2025, in the back shop at 537 27th Avenue East in Dickinson, North Dakota, employees bending sheet metal on the Accurpress Press Brake were exposed to the point of operation while using a foot pedal control and no guarding in place. (c) On January 14, 2025, in the main shop at 537 27th Avenue East in Dickinson, North Dakota, employees bending sheet metal on the Americor Metal Roller, Model 3RSO200/6 were exposed to the point of operation without guarding in place. (d) On January 14, 2025, in the back shop at 537 27th Avenue East in Dickinson, North Dakota, employees bending sheet metal on the Metal Roller were exposed to the point of operation without guarding in place.
