(b) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Blending Area - On or about January 14, 2025, the 5-tiered/5-sectioned Polly Racking was not marked for storage capacity which exposed employees to struck-by hazards while working at or near the racking system.  (c) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Hallway outside the Packaging/Production room  - On or about January 14, 2025, the 3-tiered racking system did not have the load limit posted, was damaged on several vertical posts, and were not anchored to the floor which exposed employees to stuck-by hazards.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
