29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Lansdowne Theater located at 30 W. Lansdowne Ave. Lansdowne, PA 19050 - On or about January 15, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee working from the third level of a scaffold were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
