29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Building 1, located at 6195 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30084, front side of building: On or about 1/15/2025, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 15-feet to the lower level, in that full body harnesses with lanyards were not provided or connected to the anchor points in the aerial lift basket while engaged in gutter installation activities.
