Fabrication Shop: On or about January 15, 2025 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning steel and brass material without a chuck guard in place on the LION, Model: C11MT lathe. b) Mark Rite Lines Equipment Company, Inc. Fabrication Shop: On or about January 15, 2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while turning steel and bypassing the guard on the YANG SML-30 automatic lathe to view the operation while the equipment is running.
