29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv). (a) Located by the lower parking lot stairwell: On or about 1/16/2025 employees were exposed to potential electrical shock and thermal hazards, in that a flexible cord was used as a substitute for fixed wiring for a floor fan, the wiring was affixed to the structure, ran through a hole in the wall into a stairwell and out a doorway onto the food items area.
