29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) 150 Solar Drive, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, grow area: On or about January 16, 2025, employer provided and required employees to wear a powered air purifying respirator, and did not provide a medical evaluation to ensure employees were medically able to use respirators in accordance with this section. No abatement certification or documentation required.
