29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2)(ii): When walkways between scaffold sections are less than 18 inches wide, employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about January 16, 2025, employees working from a single pole scaffold system installing windows to a new build two (2) stories single family house and the walking platform is not at least 18 inches wide. Employees are exposed fall hazards to the lower level.
