Manufacturing, 122 Otis St, Rome, NY 13441, on or about 1/13/2025; At approximately 8am an employee got their finger stuck between two pieces of metal bar stock on the band saw resulting in a partial fingertip amputation. OSHA was not notified of the hospitalization until the opening conference of the inspection on 1/16/2025 at 10:30am.
