29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  7910 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, NJ: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls.  Employees engaged in commercial roof installation and related work were working on a roof at heights greater than 25 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system.  Silva Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1766152, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5112 B Long Beach Township, NJ 08008  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
