29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: 950 Trout Brook Drive, West Hartford, CT 06119: On or about January 16, 2025, Employees were exposed to eye struck-by hazards without appropriate eye or face protection. An employee who was pulling PEX tubing while installing water lines sustained an eye injury when the tubing which had been bound within the framing of the building released and struck the employee in the eye.
