29 CFR 1910.23(c)(11): Portable ladders used to gain access to an upper landing surface have side rails that extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface: A) 1 Mead Way, Bronxville - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16-feet while using an extension ladder to access a roof. The extension ladder that was used, was only extended approximately 1-foot above the landing, on or about, January 17th, 2025.
