Locations: bathrooms, office (upstairs and downstairs), changing area, and lobby area. b) On or about January 17, 2025, in the bathroom downstairs, where the trashcan was overflowing with trash and the toilets and floors were in an unsanitary condition. c) On or about January 17, 2025, in the lobby area cabinet, where the cabinet, microwave, and oven were kept in an unsanitary condition. d) On or about January 17, 2025, in the basement, where accumulated water and oil on the floor was not cleaned up.
