29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located at 8639 N. Bales Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazard in that the employees were observed working on the second level of the home near open sides and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
