Employees are exposed to struck by hazards of the exposed portions of the saw blade.  b)  On or about January 17, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that there was guarding in place to protect employees from hazardous exposure  to the rotating assembly on the Walker Turner Drill Press (Serial #11-4497) located in the manufacturing building #1.  Employees are exposed to struck by hazards and flying debris due to lack of guarding on the drill bit and chuck.
