29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 01/02/2025, Daniel Rivas dba DR Construction was removing roofing materials on the roof of a residential structure located at 901 Time Centre Drive in Saint Charles, MO. The foreman and three employees were observed working on the roof of the structure, approximately 20 feet above ground without guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.
