29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about January 22, 2025, an employee was not protected from a fall while working from an articulating boom truck, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
