29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iv)(d): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees on power presses (front and back) from hazards such as those created at the point of operation, and ingoing nip points : A) On or about January 10, 2025, the point of operation on a Profab Wrapper Brake (Model VCL-1550, Serial #VCL-0524) was not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles. B) On or about January 22, 2025 the point of operation on an Atek Bantam Press Brake was not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles. C) On or about January 22, 2025 the point of operation on a Roto Die Hydraulic Bender (Model 15) was not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycles.
