29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not stored in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering: Location: 344 Brewster Rd. Newark, NJ 07114 - Export Build-up / Yard area. a: The employer did not ensure all containers were stored in a suitable enclosure. At least four liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanks were observed outside of their designated enclosure, causing them to be exposed to tampering and/or potential damage. Violation occurred on or about January 22, 2025.
