29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer: (a)W & H Construction LLC at 1051 Ruud Trail, Hartford, SD 57301: On or about and at times prior to January 22, 2025, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection training was documented by a written certification prior to employees being exposed to fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
