Heeter Lumber, Inc. 507 East State Street Knox, PA 16232: Upper Building Area- on or about 01/23/2025 and at times prior thereto; employees operate the Case 586D diesel forklift serial #9075341 in various areas of the lumber yard. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with the Case 586D diesel forklift serial #9075341 that include, but is not limited to, the forklift did not have properly working brakes and was leaking hydraulic fluid from the mast cylinder. b.) Heeter Lumber, Inc. 507 East State Street Knox, PA 16232: Upper Building Area- on or about 01/23/2025 and at times prior thereto; employees operate the Case CK 585 diesel forklift serial #5310577 in various areas of the lumber yard. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with the Case CK 585 diesel forklift serial #5310577 that include, but is not limited to, the forklift was leaking hydraulic fluid from the mast cylinder and a damaged seat cushion. c.)
