29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met, and had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On or about January 23, 2025 and times prior, employees worked with compressed gases for welding, such as oxygen and acetylene. There was not a written Hazard Communication Program, which exposed employees to fires, explosions, suffocation and burns or frostbite.
