29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: (a) Wastewater treatment plant operations building, ground-level exterior; On or about January 22, 2025, a 500-gallon LP tank located at the south side of the building, used to provide temporary indoor heating for construction operations, was not protected against potential damage from vehicle traffic.
