29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Wastewater treatment plant operations building, rooftop; On or about January 22, 2025, an employee working near the south edge of the roof to install metal flashing along the base of the penthouse was not protected from falls while working at an approximate height of 21-feet, 10-inches above ground-level.
