29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.   a) On or about 1/23/2025 at the site locate at 80 General Irwin Blvd Syracuse, NY:  Employees were working on a scaffold platform attached to a Skytrak 8042 Telehandler, serial #39119, without the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 14 feet.
