29 CFR 1926.153(o):When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) On or about 1/23/2025, at the field trailer area of the site, Corfu, NY. Two 1000-gallon propane tanks, that were used for temporary heat, were not protected from vehicles parked in close proximity, precautions against vehicular traffic were not taken. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
