The employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a workplace written hazard communication program, on or about January 23, 2025.   b.) 1370 Arcadia Road, Lancaster, PA - Restaurant/Kitchen - Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to,  bleach, sanitizers,  and degreasing agents. The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet(s), on or about January 23, 2025.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
