29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3):The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface in a hoist area was protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located 8400 Marston Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while employees standing and working near the edge of a pitched roof slope with snow and ice located on the roof while attempting to direct crane operator.
