29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) Behind Counter: On or about January 24, 2025 and times prior, employees were using the breaker panel located behind the front counter to turn on the gas pumps and lights. The breaker panel was missing a cover, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards due to unsealed openings.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Behind Counter: On or about January 24, 2025 and times prior, the electrical panel located in the back room was not legibly marked to indicate the purpose of each service feeder and branch circuit and its disconnecting means. As a result, employees were exposed to electrical hazards, including accidental shutdown of critical equipment or unintended contact with live circuits.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Cooler Area: On or about January 24, 2025 and times prior, a wall outlet in the cooler area was not secured to the wall. The outlet was located under the Avantco cooler (right side). As a result, live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not properly enclosed or guarded. b) Cooler Area: On or about January 24, 2025 and times prior, a wall outlet in the cooler area was not secured to the wall. The outlet was located behind the Pepsi cooler. As a result, live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not properly enclosed or guarded.
