29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) At the back wall of the shop: On or about January 24, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the opening on the bottom lefthand side of the circuit breaker panel with the Romex type wiring entering the box was not effectively closed, thereby exposing employees in the area. b) On the West wall of the shop: On or about January 24, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the opening on the wall mounted receptacle box was not effectively closed (unused knockout), thereby exposing employees in the area.
