29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.  a) Hammond's Candies, 5735 N Washington Street, Denver CO 80216: On or about January 24, 2025, written procedures for the control of hazardous energy did not include the specificity needed to protect employees removing jams from the Caramel Wrapping Machine, which uses electric and pneumatic energy. Employees are required to reach inside of the energized machinery with a metal spatula to remove caramel build up and are potentially exposed to caught-in hazards.
