In this condition employees who utilized ladders in need of repair/replacement to retrieve parts were exposed to falls.

29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced: a) Car Parts Warehouse 149 Midway Blvd. Elyria OH: On or about January 24, 2025, the employer did not ensure rolling ladders with structural defects were tagged and removed from service. Employees who utilize the ladders in this condition to retrieve parts were exposed to falls.
