29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Mardinly Enterprises, LLC, 701 Parkway Blvd. Broomall, PA 19008 - On or about January 24, 2025, the employer failed to protect employees from rotating parts of a lathe in the warehouse by installing a machine guard around the point of operation, exposing employees to flying debris and entanglement hazards.  b) Mardinly Enterprises, LLC, 701 Parkway Blvd. Broomall, PA 19008 - On or about January 24, 2025, the employer failed to protect employees who use the milling machine from the machines point of operation by installing a machine guard on the machine while in use, exposing employees to entanglement and puncture hazards.
