29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). Location: Worksite On or about January 27, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing siding activities, where the employer did not ensure that the pump jack scaffolding being used on site, or any conductive material handled on them, maintained the minimum distance of 10 feet established for the live overhead power lines.
